Botanica  is a very typical Farmhouse in Xaghra. You will not live in this house, you will experience it ... It offers an exceptional character for those who want to immerse themselves in a botanical atmosphere! The house can accommodate 11 people maxi. It offers 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and  private toilets + shared toilets on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a fireplace during winter, the wood is provided for your late afternoon  in winter. You can have your meals in the large dining room that can also serve as a meeting room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas hobs, 2 fridges and a large freezer and many robots. A washing machine is located on the ground floor. On the ground floor, a large semi-covered terrace is furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue. You will access the pool by small steps and enjoy the lounge chairs. If you come in winter, a wood pellet stove gives you all the necessary comfort. The bus is 100 meters away if you opt for public transport. Supermarkets, vegetable trucks and several restaurants are within 300 meters. An extra 120 euros will be charged for cleaning at the end of your stay.
